Introducing KION for Kids
At KION we are focused on listening to the stories of everyone in the community. That includes our youngest of viewers too.
KION for Kids is a daily segment where we answer questions from children. During this pandemic, their lives have been turned upside down with schools closed. They’ve been forced to carry out the rest of the year through distance learning.
We’re sure they have a lot of important questions about the future. Let KION try to help. We have partnered with a pediatrician in Monterey, Dr. Pierre LaMothe, who is great with children, and he wears a bowtie for every segment.
We want to know how little people, elementary school children and teens are making our communities better. What projects are your children doing at home? Are they sending thank you notes to essentials workers? Are they doing anything for their neighbors?
