Warming Through The Weekend



The weather pattern will remain active into next week. Another weather system will arrive mid-week next week, bringing more light rain. In the meantime, forecast temperatures will slowly head upward through the weekend and into next week.

Sunday: Mostly sunny & warmer with highs in the 60--70s both on the coast and inland with a light offshore breeze over the hills.
 
Extended: Highs will push above normal Sunday through Wednesday under mostly sunny skies. More rain chances Tuesday through Thursday.

LOW: 46ºF
HIGH: 65ºF

--INLAND CITIES--
LOW: 41ºF
HIGH: 70ºF

-The outlook from the Climate Prediction Center for November 20th – 26th calls for the likelihood of BELOW normal temperatures and near normal precipitation. 
-El Niño/La Niña STATUS: Weak La Niña
-Forecast into Winter: La Niña Advisory

-Area drought status: 
Moderate drought for much of Santa Cruz & Santa Clara Counties, Abnormally dry on the east shore of the bay into San Benito County. No drought classification for much of Monterey County outside of the Gabilan Range.
