Almost Done With The Rain
Low pressure will continue to swirl to our south through tomorrow, with waves of light rain rotating up into our area. High pressure will then nudge in from the southwest this weekend, warming us up and drying us out.
Overnight: Mostly cloudy with occasional
light rain. Lows in the 40s to low 50s. Breezy at times on the exposed coast.
Thursday: Light rain in the morning, then slowly
decreasing clouds with a few sprinkles possible. Light southerly winds and
humid conditions with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.
Friday: Mostly cloudy early with a
few sprinkles, becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon. Warmer, with coastal
highs in the upper 50s to mid 60s and 60s to low 70s inland.
Extended: Dry weather
expected this weekend, though morning fog will be possible. Highs will be much
more seasonable and may feel warm. Even warmer weather can be expected on
Monday with a gradual cool-down toward mid-week. Some rain now starting to
appear in the crystal ball mid to late week next week.
The outlook from the Climate Prediction Center for April 16th-22nd
calls for the likelihood of ABOVE normal temperatures and BELOW
normal precipitation.
