Beautiful Weather! But for how long?

Temperatures begin to cool a bit on Sunday as a pair of weather systems approach. A weak system will send moisture in from the south in to Monday and then a cooler, somewhat dry system will sweep in from the north—both somewhat converging over our area. While rain across the region is likely Monday, it will be light. Then, with blustery, northerly winds, a cold air mass will settle in for a few days. Frost may be possible for inland valleys on Wednesday morning. Temperatures will then slowly warm through the week with the next chance of rain coming around Friday.

AIR QUALITY: Good

Sunday: Mostly sunny early, becoming partly cloudy late. Cooler, but seasonable with low to mid 60s in most locations.

Monday: Partly to mostly cloudy with occasional rain showers. Cooler with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Extended:
A colder air mass will settle in for the early part of next week and we may have to watch for inland valley frost. Dryer conditions with little temperature swings will take us through the mid part of next week. Rain chances return by next weekend.
