Man from Marina is pronounced dead after being hit multiple times

SALINAS, CALIF. (KION-TV)- One person is dead after being hit multiple times just outside of Salinas.

According to CHP, a 54-year-old man from Marina fell off of his scooter on Blanco Road. At around 5:45 a.m., the man was hit multiple times. The man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the CHP Monterey Area office.
