Man arrested for allegedly stealing mail, one person still wanted

MARINA, Calif. (KION-TV)- Marina Police has arrested one man and looking for another suspect who are allegedly involved in two mail theft cases.

The incident started around Feb. 2 when officers were called for reports of suspects stealing mail on the 3200 block of Estrella Del Mar Way around 12:40 a.m.

Officers arrived to the scene and found a 49-year-old man who matched the suspect description given by witnesses.

Police identified the man as Jermey Cronk and he was arrested on two counts of mail theft. Marina Police could not find the other suspect.

The mail has since been returned to the owner, per police.

Investigators are asking community members to locate the second suspect who was wearing dark pants, black sweatshirt with a large white and orange logo on the front and white shoes.
