Several road closures in place in Santa Cruz County

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CALIF. (KION-TV) - Several road closures are in place throughout Santa Cruz County according to CHP.

Here is the list of closures so far:

• Empire Grade Rd is shut down due to trees and slides blocking the entire roadway at various locations. ETA for reopening is unknown.

• Highway 9 at Keystone Way is closed due to a tree across the roadway. ETA for reopening is unknown.
• Soquel San Jose Rd. is closed at Miller Hill Rd. due to wires across the road. ETA for reopening is unknown. CHP urge drivers to use Highway 17 as an alternate route.
• Paulsen Road in Interlaken is closed due to flooding. The ETA for the road opening is unknown.
