One person detained during shelter in place in Watsonville
WATSONVILLE, CALIF. (KION-TV)- UPDATE 1/19/23 at 8:56 a.m. :The shelter in place on the 100 block of Quinza Court in Watsonville has been lifted.
According to Watsonville PD officials, one person was detained while a search warrant was served for an ongoing investigation. No other information will be given out at this time.
ORIGINAL: Watsonville Police have asked people in the 100 block of Quinza Court to remain in their homes.
A shelter in place has been issued for the area of 100 block of Quinza Court and police are also asking people to stay away from the area. According to officials there is police activity in the area.
