Warriors in the Community employees show support for local farmworkers

WATSONVILLE, Calif. (KION) The Golden State Warriors employee resource group Fuerza en Números partnered with the Watsonville Campesino Appreciation Caravan to support Central Coast farmworkers.

Local farmworkers received Warriors gear, personal protective equipment, gift cards, and other items.

The event comes as farmworkers across the country have been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.
