Two people shot in Watsonville near Walker Street

WATSONVILLE, Calif. (KION) Watsonville Police are investigating a double shooting that happened Sunday night near the Pajaro River levee.

Police said two people were shot at the dead-end of Walker Street around 8:00 p.m. and were taken to a trauma center.

Police said one person is in critical condition.

Police have not released any suspect information at this time. They are determining whether this shooting is gang-related.
