Two puppies rescued in Santa Cruz County

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION-TV) Two puppies were stolen from a home in Freedom last week. With the help from the community, the victim found out someone had just bought the puppies from a suspect, Santa Cruz County Sheriff said.

Santa Cruz County deputies were able to help get her pups Wanda and Smokey back with their rightful owner. The suspect is facing several theft charges.
