Harkins Fire stopped near Watsonville
WATSONVILLE, Calif. (KION-TV)- CAL FIRE CZU said they stopped forward progress on a half-acre fire near Harkins Slough Road.
The cause is still under investigation. This incident was referred to as the Harkins Fire.
