Brad Pitt sells $39 Million Hollywood Hills home as he looks to make Carmel move
CARMEL HIGHLANDS, Calif. (KION-TV)- Brad Pitt has reportedly sold the Hollywood Hills home that he has lived in since 1994, reported TMZ.
He purchased the D.L. James House located on the bluff in the Carmel Highlands back in the summer of 2022.
"Brad listed the house in back January for $45 million. We've learned he sold the estate because he's moving to Carmel in Northern Cali," reported TMZ.

Movie Star Brad Pitt has purchased the D.L. James House located on the bluff in the Carmel Highlands.
The home was built in 1918 and was previously owned by Chicago financier Joe Ritchie. The property wasn’t publicly listed for sale, sources told KION.
The property is located at 298 Cabrillo Highway. His house is supposed to be about three acres with access to a private beach.
"I mean if you think about it, somebody like Brad has means to buy a house anywhere in the world and he chose this particular cove. And you can see why; it's gorgeous," said Susan Bianchi with Above and Beyond Real Estate.
