Former Monterey County Sherriff Norm Hicks passes

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KON-TV)-- The Monterey County Sheriff's Office announces the passing of a former Sheriff.

Norm Hicks passed away. He was Sheriff of Monterey County from 1991 to 1999.

"Rest In Peace, Sheriff Hicks," said the Sheriff's Office.
