Elderly couple found dead in apparent murder-suicide in Watsonville

WATSONVILLE, Calif. (KION-TV) UPDATE Dec. 29 8:50 p.m. The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's office has identified the couple found dead in their home last Friday.

The Sheriff's Office told KION, 84-year-old, Lucia Alba and 85-year-old Abraham Alba were the victims found dead in the apparent murder-suicide investigation.

An elderly couple was found dead in their home at around noon on Friday on Vivienne Drive, according to Watsonville Police.

Watsonville Police said they were called to the scene of what appears to be a murder-suicide investigation. 

Police ask people to stay away from the area as officers process the scene.
