Scotts Valley Police: Drugs, burglary tools and stolen mail found during traffic stop
SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. (KION) Two people have been arrested in Scotts Valley on felony charges after a traffic stop Tuesday night.
Police said officers stopped a vehicle because of a mechanical violation, and K-9 Odin alerted them that there were drugs in the vehicle.
