Presidential candidate Joe Biden holds press conference in Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (KION) Former Vice President and presidential candidate Joe Biden held a press conference in Delaware Thursday afternoon.

According to most media outlets, Biden has 253 out of 270 votes required to be named the next president. Some outlets are reporting a higher number because they have already called Arizona for Biden. President Trump currently has 213.

During the press conference, Biden asked the public to stay calm and assured everyone that all votes will be counted. He also expressed optimism that he will win the election.
