Hollister police look for suspect in grand theft at Safeway

HOLLISTER, Calif. (KION) Hollister police are looking for a woman who they believe was involved in a grand theft Monday.

Police said the theft happened at a Safeway, and they said one person distracted the victim while the other stole the victim's wallet. One of the suspects then used one of the stolen credit cards and charged about $5,000 at Target.

The woman who police say used the card is described as having shoulder-length curly hair and has a distinct walk.
