Salinas Police investigating homicide on La Mancha Way
SALINAS, Calif. (KION)
UPDATE 5/12/2020 3:15 p.m. Police tell KION that one of the victims of Monday night's shooting is in stable condition and nobody is in custody.
Salinas police said they are at the beginning stages of the investigation.
PREVIOUS STORY: Salinas Police are on scene of a homicide on the 900 block of La Mancha Way.
They say on Monday night around 11:30, officers responded to a shooting. When they arrived, they found two victims.
Officers say one of the victims was unresponsive and officers began giving them medical attention, but medics arrived and pronounced that victim dead.
The second victim was taken to a hospital.
