Early Friday morning, the Monterey County Sheriff's Office with the SWAT Team served a search warrant in the 200 block of Hillcrest Avenue in Marina.

The Sheriff's Office had been investigating 28-year-old Nhan Phan and found that he was selling the drugs around the Monterey Peninsula.
