One person killed in crash near Hollister
One person was killed in a crash southeast of Hollister, Saturday night.
California Highway Patrol says the vehicle was on Fairview Road, north of State Route 25, when it hit a tree. The victim was pronounced dead on scene.
Details about what caused the accident have not been released, along with if there were other people in the vehicle.
CHP says they are closing Fairview at Maranatha Drive, as of 7:30 p.m. They say the closure will last approximately two hours.
