Santa Cruz man ID’d after pulling gun on roommate

Deputies have arrested a Santa Cruz man for allegedly pulling a gun on his roommate.

According to the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office, 41-year-old Jacob Chambers got into a dispute with his roommate and pulled out a gun at a home on 38th Avenue and Portola Drive.

The victim left the house and called police around 4p.m. Tuesday.

Chambers faces charges of criminal threats and brandishing a firearm.
