Position: Full-time MMJ

KION TV is looking for a full-time MMJ for Wake Up Central Coast on our CBS affiliate in Monterey/Salinas/Santa Cruz, California.

If you have solid news judgment, strong live presentation skills and love working early mornings, we’d love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate can also write clear and conversational news copy. We’re looking for a team player who can report, shoot and edit stories that engage our viewers.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism or equivalent is required. One to two years of television broadcasting experience is preferred.

Candidate must pass a drug test and background check. A valid driver’s license is required.
