In-N-Out close to buying property in Seaside

Seaside’s planning department said it’s in the final stages of selling a property on Del Monte Ave. to fast food chain In-N-Out.

The land is located next to the Holiday Inn Express and is expected to go for $1.54 million. If the burger chain can get all the permits it needs, the sale should be final within a month.

In-N-Out officials said they hope to have the building constructed and open around October.
