Salinas police seeking suspect accused of gift card scam at Toys R Us stores

Salinas police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a male suspected of committing gift card scams at Toys R Us stores in Salinas and Fremont.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with the “f-word” tattooed on his right hand and a star behind one of his ears.

They’ve released surveillance images of the suspect from the Fremont store in their efforts to identify him.
