Monterey-Salinas Transit to offer free fares on Election Day

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KION) Monterey-Salinas Transit said it will be offering free fairs system-wide on Nov. 3.

MST said it is offering free rides to make sure lack of transportation does not prevent anyone from voting.
