INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Two-term U.S. Rep. Victoria Spartz has won a contentious Republican primary in her bid for another two years. Spartz faced eight challengers after she reversed a decision earlier this year to forgo reelection. She struggled to compete in fundraising with state Rep. Chuck Goodrich, who largely self-financed his campaign. Spartz, the first and only Ukrainian born member of the House, recently voted against sending war aid to her native country because the measure did not include border policy.
