More Seasonable

Cooler, more seasonable weather will persist into the weekend as the weather pattern becomes more progressive. The dominant ridge(s) of high pressure will remain to our south allowing for more southern penetration of the storm track. The tail ends of several weather systems will brush our area over the next week though impacts will remain low (if any!).

AIR QUALITY: Good

Overnight: Low clouds for the coast and nearby valleys with patchy fog and drizzle possible. Passing high clouds across the region as well. Lows in the 50s for most areas.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy on the coast with a mix of low and high clouds and partly cloudy inland with scattered high clouds. Expect coastal highs in the 60s to low 70s with 70s to low 90s inland. Breezy on the exposed coast and up valleys late in the day.

Friday: A few low clouds on the coast, otherwise mostly sunny with a few passing high clouds. Expect coastal highs in the 60s to low 70s with 70s to low 90s inland. Breezy on the exposed coast and up valleys late in the day.

Extended: A weather system will pass by on Saturday which could increase the low clouds/drizzle on the coast, but partial clearing in its wake will likely help warm the coast slightly. Another pair of systems will be possible mid-week, next week. Rainfall chances remain low, but these systems are worth watching.
