Warm Weekend Ahead
Get ready for a stretch of sunshine and summerlike weather. High pressure builds back into the region, bringing a period of warmer, dryer weather. Temps will rise every day into the weekend, and will be 5-12 degrees above normal for this time of year. Lows at night will be above average as well.
Air Quality: Good
Friday: Mostly sunny and warmer with highs in the 60s to mid-70s. Light winds.
Saturday: Sunny and mild. Highs in the mid to upper 60s coastal to mid to upper 70s inland.
Extended: High pressure will dominate our weather through the weekend, blocking storm systems off to the north. We’ll have occasional high clouds spilling through, but otherwise sunny conditions can be expected. Highs will be above normal through at least Wednesday and outside of a few cool mornings, lows should remain fairly seasonable through the period.
