Salinas Police looking for suspect involved in non-injury shooting at Acosta Plaza intersection

SALINAS, Calif. (KION-TV)- Salinas Police is looking for at least one person who was involved in a non-injury shooting early Monday morning

A Salinas Police Commander confirmed with KION that the shooting happened just before 3 a.m. at the intersection of North Sanborn Road and Acosta Plaza.

Investigators said that they received 911 calls from the involved victims advising officers they were shot at and the shooter fled wearing all black.

Officers said that at least nine rounds were fired with two rounds hitting a car. Police said that there were no injuries as a result of the shooting.

Police are looking for at least one person who was wearing all black at the time of the shooting.
