Missing adult woman considered at-risk in Santa Cruz County

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Calif. (KION-TV)- The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone who may have seen a missing woman to come forward.

Joy Scarpa, 44, was last seen around 9 a.m. on Emeline Avenue wearing a black shirt, black pants, and white converse shoes.

Deputies ask anyone who knows about her whereabouts to call 831-471-1121.
