Crews respond to fire in Big Basin area
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Calif. (KION) Cal Fire CZU said its crews are working to gain access to a fire burning in the Big Basin area.
The fire, referred to as the Sandy Fire, is believed to be about 7 to 10 acres in size. It is located within the CZU Lightning Complex burn scar.
Cal Fire said crews will be making water drops.
