Little Fire burns 450 acres in San Benito County, forward progress stopped

PAICINES, Calif. (KION) - The Little Fire burned 450 acres in San Benito County and forward progress has been stopped. 70 percent containment has been established.

Little Fire burning in San Benito County, threatening a solar field

PAICINES, Calif. (KION) - The Little Fire broke out near a solar field in Paicenes earlier this afternoon.

According to CAL FIRE BEU, the fire broke out at 1:50 p.m. at Panoche Road and Little Panoche Road is at 100 acres with 30 percent contained.

There is a threat to the solar field nearby, and CAL FIRE BEU is asking people to avoid the area.
