Man arrested after police say he tried to toss backpack with guns and drugs
SOLEDAD, Calif. (KION)--Soledad Police say when they were doing parole and probation compliance checks, Damian Guerrero tried to run from officers.
They also say Guerrero tried to toss a backpack with three loaded firearms, additional ammunition and narcotics inside of it.
Guerrero was booked in the Monterey County Jail on weapons and narcotics violations.
