Man arrested on kidnapping, sexual abuse of child charges in Salinas

SALINAS, Calif (KION) A man is behind bars after he was accused of sexually abusing a child.

Anthony Urbano Castillo, 37, was arrested Saturday by Salinas police.

Castillo is charged with kidnapping, lewd and lascivious acts with a child and continuous sexual abuse of a child.

Salinas police tell KION a juvenile reported the alleged abuse to their mother, who then contacted law enforcement.
