Northbound lanes of Highway 1 closed for downed power lines
Northbound lanes of Highway 1 near Rio Del Mar are closed after power lines came down onto the road.
The wires clothes-lined a motorcyclist. The rider suffered major injuries, but is expected to survive.
PG&E is at the scene, but lanes are expected to be closed for 15 to 20 more minutes.
