Female suffers stab wound near 7th Avenue in Santa Cruz

The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a woman stabbed in the 1200 block of 7th Avenue in Santa Cruz.

Deputies arrived at the scene Tuesday afternoon and found a female suffering from at least one stab wound.

Sgt. Brian Cleveland told KION the victim’s injuries are non-life threatening and they are not looking for a suspect.
