Hollister Police looking for motorized shopping cart bandit
The Hollister Police Department is trying to track down a thief who stole about 10-20 bottles of vitamins worth about $100.
On February 20, officers responded to the Safeway on Tres Pinos Road after a theft was reported. The suspect fled in a newer model green van with a license plate similar to “4LEX800.”
Surveillance footage caught the suspect on camera. She is described as a woman in her 40s with brown hair and brown eyes. She is about 5’4” and 250 pounds. She rode a motorized shopping cart while in the store.
