Tonight: Talking about Santa Cruz’s Eastside

Santa Cruz Eastsiders are invited to talk about their neighborhood in the first ever ‘City Hall To You Community Forum’ Thursday night.

Hosted by the City of Santa Cruz, it’s the first of four forums planned for the rest of the year. Each forum will focus on a different quadrant of the city.

Tonight’s meeting is at the Santa Cruz Bible Church, 440 Frederick St., from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Police will be on hand to talk about safety concerns, and multiple departments will have booths on topics like economic development, parks and recreation, water, and more.

Future forums on the Westside, Downtown, and Upper Eastside have not been scheduled yet.
