‘Operation Give Back Toy Drive’ underway

Monterey County Sheriff Steve Bernal is encouraging people to participate in the “Operation Give Back Toy Drive.”

Lowe Packaging Group and Holaday Seed Company are sponsoring the drive, and the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office is participating.

To donate to the drive, bring new and unwrapped toys to the following sheriff stations:

1. Central Station, Salinas (1414 Natividad Rd., 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

2. Coastal Station, Monterey (1200 Aguajito Rd., Suite 103, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

3. South County Station, King City (250 Franciscan Way, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

The drive runs through December 23. The toys will be handed over to the Salvation Army for children in need.
