Minimum days scheduled for some local schools due to heat

Due to the extreme heat advisory issued by the National Weather Service, the San Lorenzo Valley School District will be implementing a minimum day schedule for Thursday, September 10th and Friday, September 11th.

The schedule is as follows:

Boulder Creek Elementary: dismissal at 1:15pm

SLV Elementary: dismissal at 1:25pm

SLV Middle School: dismissal at 12:15pm (including Nature Academy)

SLV High School: dismissal at 12:15pm
