SALINAS, Calif. (KION) Kids, like adults, want to know when they'll be able to get a haircut.
Salons fall under California's third phase of reopening.
Brayden Gallardo, 12, wants to know when he can get a cut, but there is really no definite answer.
However, the good news is that the Governor of California has said it will be weeks not months before salons can open.
The problem is there is a big concern with salons because, according to Newsom in California, a community spread started in a salon.
