USGS: 4.1 magnitude earthquake hits in the East Bay

BAY POINT, Calif. (KION-TV) Thursday morning at 5:07 a.m., an earthquake registering 4.1 on the Richter scale shook homes throughout the Bay Area.
The quake's epicenter was 4 miles NW of Bay Point, with a depth of 11.4 miles, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
There have been reports of people feeling the quake all over the Bay Area.
