Weather Story:
Wet weather is expected to continue through the weekend. The first arrived late Friday into Saturday with increased clouds and rain chances. The second will come in the form of a cold front early Sunday. This one is likely to bring light to moderate rain to the region. Another system will follow mid-week. All the while, high temperatures will remain seasonable to slightly cool with seasonably mild lows.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy with periods of rain. Cool, with highs in the 50s.

-Area drought status: Moderate drought for much of Santa Cruz & Santa Clara Counties and the far eastern side of San Benito County, Abnormally dry for all other areas.
