Sunshine For Mom!
Dense fog this morning gave way to plenty of sunshine across the central coast with above average temps. Warm to hot high temps today, upper 60s and 70’s for coastal areas and upper 80s and 90s inland with a Moderate Heat Risk today.
Mother’s Day forecast: Cooler high temps with a southwest wind for Sunday afternoon, after early clouds and dense fog along coast and inland valleys. Still plenty of sunshine!
AIR QUALITY: Good
Overnight: Coastal locations will see more stratus clouds and dense fog possible again along coast and inland valleys. Visibility could be low into Sunday morning. Lows mainly in the low 50s coastal and mid to upper 50’s inland.
Sunday: More sunshine but cooler with a southwest wind. Coastal highs will be in the upper 60s with 80s inland. Gusty onshore winds at times.
Extended: An upper Low pressure system moving out of the Great Basin will track northward but looks like any rain chances will stay out of the central coast region. A dry pattern will persist next week with mild temps also.
