- As a family man and business owner for 22 years, I understand the challenges and
- opportunities in our community. Our community is struggling with rising rents and a lack of
- affordable housing. Our parks, walking paths, and public trails need maintenance and our roads
- and sidewalks require urgent attention.
- As a little league board member and coach, I value mentoring our youth and creating
- opportunities for their growth.
- I am not a politician or financed by special interests; my commitment is solely to the residents of
- District 1. With a degree in Political Science from San Jose State University and a background
- in law enforcement, I bring a balanced perspective on public safety.
- While growth in Salinas is inevitable, it must be sustainable. Growth must benefit all residents,
- not just a few. We must find ways to increase city revenue without diverting resources from
- underserved neighborhoods.
