Power outages persist on Central Coast after storm passes through

CENTRAL COAST, Calif. (KION-TV) – Power outages continue to be a problem on the Central Coast after storms overnight on Saturday.

According to PG&E, many customers won't see power restored for an undetermined amount of time in the Monterey area.

People in Marina who lost power around 7 a.m. on Saturday could see their power restored some time between 6 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.

All of these times, however, are pending work still to be done by PG&E.

The same goes for parts of the Boulder Creek and Santa Cruz Mountains area, where power to be restored is simply listed as "To Be Determined."

There's some areas of the Central Coast that could potentially see the lights off even through Monday afternoon.
