Clint Eastwood’s home in Carmel-by-the-Sea up for sale
CARMEL-BY-THE-SEA, CALIF. (KION-TV)- Former Carmel by-the-Sea Mayor and Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood has put his mansion, known as Las Ondas, up for sale.
According to Coldwell Banker Realty, the property is being listed for $21 million. It features 4 bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms, stretching over 44 hundred square feet with an interior courtyard as well.
Although the home was built in 1924 and still has some of it's historical design, the property also has modern amenities, like a wine cellar, separate stone garage and reinforced earthquake-proof foundation. Not to mention there's a walkway to the beach.
