Cal Fire BEU reports Airline Fire near Paicines grows to over 1,200 acres, 90 percent contained
SAN BENITO COUNTY, Calif. (KION-TV) -- Cal Fire BEU is continuing to make progress on the Airline Fire burning in San Benito County near Paicines.
Firefighters say the fire burned 1,295 acres with a potential and is now 90% contained between Highway 25 and Panoche Road.
Cal Fire says no structures are threatened at this time.
One firefighter had to be pulled from battling the fire after suffering from heat exhaustion.
