Serial shoplifter arrested after Scotts Valley Police find suspect with stolen products

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. (KION-TV) -- Scotts Valley Police said an individual is arrested in connection to a serial shoplifting investigation across the county.

According to police, the suspect was leaving a CVS Pharmacy with multiple items hidden in their clothing.

Police searched the suspect's vehicle and said they found additional items, including toothbrush, facial cream and emergency contraception products.

Police only identified the suspect as someone who lives in Alameda County and that they're now booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
